Tirta Empul Temple
Tirta Empul Temple is a significant Hindu Balinese water temple located near the town of Tampaksiring in Bali. Renowned for its sacred spring water, which is believed to have curative powers, Tirta Empul is a place of spiritual purification and a fascinating glimpse into Balinese traditions.
The temple complex, dating back to around 962 AD during the Warmadewa Dynasty, is dedicated to Vishnu, the Hindu god of water.
